Bob Lellie
has been with Neo for 22 years. During this time, he has been a part of starting both the Tennessee and Kentucky operations. He developed processes for light gauge foil applications, developed matte finish for aluminum applications and co-wrote the ISO program for Neo Industries Inc. He participated in the ISO implementation course and is a certified ISO Auditor. He has taken a course in the Principals of lean manufacturing, 5s workplace organization course and a course entitled "The courage to lead a lean journey." He has also taken course in Management training in hiring and firing, team building and The Americans with disabilities act.
Jeff Chinn
has been with Neo for 18 years and serves as the resident ISO expert for all US facilities. He was involved in the construction as well as the initial startup of the Neo Industries Kentucky facility. He co-wrote the original ISO quality system and led Neo Industries Inc. (US facilities) through two ISO upgrades. He has completed classes in Lean manufacturing as well as the 5 S systems. He is certified as an ISO internal auditor and has completed the Hazard Materials shipping courses: HM126, HM 181, and RCRA. Jeff also completed the Supervisory Development program at The University of Notre Dame.
